1-1/2" to 1-3/8" Fuel Fill Hose End ID Reducer

Posted by sCOTT on Aug 3rd 2020

The perfect solution to a totally unexpected problem. Purchased a repro '49-'52 Chev pass car tank from probably the best Co. in the hobby. Their expectation is that you use your existing filler with their tank and hose -- great, except the fill pipe is 1-3/8 od and the inlet on the tank is 1-1/2 od. Thanks to Filler Neck Supply, the new tank is in the car and ready to go without the filler-to-tank issue turning into a project unto itself!

    reducer

This product was perfect. It solved an issue with replacing fuel fill hoses on a 43 foot sailboat that was made in Europe. With this reducer I was able to convert metric fittings to the standard 1 1/2 inch hose. We did the installation last week and it went fine.
