This combination diesel fuel filler and DEF housing Features the diesel fill hole on the right and the DEF on the left. Angle is at 22°. We also have the same layout in reverse. 
Diesel Fill Location:  Left Side.
DEF Fill Location:  Right Side.
Filler Neck Hole Opening Diameter:  2-3/8" OD
Diesel Exhaust Fluid Hole Diameter:  1.625" OD
Offset Angle: 21 Degrees.
Length From Back of Flange: 2.55" at  Deepest Point.
Surface Flange Dimensions OUTER: 12.71" Wide X 7.05" Tall.
Surface Flange Dimensions INNER: 10.88" Wide, 5.27 Tall.
Finish:. Ball Burnished with exterior flange polished and lid face 120 grit ground
Material:  Cast Aluminum.
